100 Hours for Nigeria is a voluntary, educational, and charitable organization with a mission of placing skilled Diaspora Nigerians and interested public in volunteer opportunities for a minimum of 100 hours of free voluntary services in all areas of need.
Nigeria is a blessed nation with abundant human and natural resources. But, the most skilled demography are those in the Diaspora who left for educational or economic reasons, but who have now become expatriates in their fields of endeavor in their respective countries. 100 Hours for Nigeria realizes that the skills of Nigeria’s Diaspora are critical and of immense value to the development of the nation. It is our goal to deploy these resources through public-private partnerships, using a voluntary structure. This is in line with the noticeable global trend that shows that volunteering does help resolve problems that are fundamentally socio-cultural, economic and humanitarian nature, and can also act as a peace building mechanism.
